On 24.03.2026, we were allowed to welcome at our location in Bramsche the apprentices, the youth and apprentice representative, as well as a working student from the company Essex Solutions from the Bad Arolsen location.

The goal of the visit was to strengthen the exchange between the locations and to provide a comprehensive insight into the on-site processes and structures. In addition, the apprentices were able to get to know each other better. Together with our apprentices from Bramsche from the companies Lacroix + Kress and Essex, everyone participated in a varied program to bring the diversity of our site closer. After the introduction round, we started with insights into the two companies Lacroix + Kress and Essex, as well as their cooperation, products, and areas of application. Afterwards, we continued into the production halls. There was also information on the processes in the maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics departments.

A special focus was on personal exchange: Throughout the entire day, many conversations occurred between the apprentices from both locations. Experiences were shared, differences and similarities were discussed, and numerous questions were asked. The great interest as well as the consistently positive feedback showed how valuable such encounters are for personal and professional development.

The shared lunch also contributed to the good atmosphere: Over pizza, conversations could continue in a relaxed setting and contacts could be further deepened.

The apprentice trip was an all-around successful event for everyone involved, which not only provided professional insights but also strengthened the interaction within the company. Such cross-location meetings make an important contribution to networking and promote understanding of the different areas and ways of working.

We were very pleased with the visit from Bad Arolsen – and one thing is already certain: We will also visit Bad Arolsen with our apprentices from Bramsche in order to further expand the exchange and get to know the site on location.

On March 12, 2026, our annual anniversary celebration took place at Gasthof Wellmann in Neuenkirchen-Vörden. This celebration was something very special: Since this year, we again honored our anniversary employees as well as retirees together with Essex Solutions.

52 guests made this evening unforgettable. In a lively atmosphere and with good food, we ended the evening together.

A particular highlight was the quiz created by our site manager Jörg Hupfeld, in which, for example, an estimate was asked about how many years of company affiliation our employees collectively have (it is 653 years!).

We thank everyone who was part of this evening and Gasthof Wellmann, which took excellent care of us!

As part of a celebration at Gasthaus Sporrer, jubilarians of our company’s Neunburg v. Wald location met to celebrate their long-standing company affiliation together. In a pleasant atmosphere, we looked back on many years full of shared experiences and collaboration.

Over a delicious meal and good conversations, we concluded the evening, which was entirely focused on appreciation. All employees who have been part of our company for 15 to 30 years were honored. For this impressive loyalty and their commitment, the colleagues received certificates as well as other appreciative gifts.

We sincerely thank all jubilarians for their loyalty and commitment. The many years of collaboration have shaped and further developed our company. We are glad that you are part of our team – we look forward to many more years together with you!

Health in focus

On January 22, as part of our Health Days 2026 in Bramsche, we offered a special program for the health of our employees: pupillography for sleep analysis.

Together with Techniker Krankenkasse, our colleagues were able to measure their daytime sleepiness, learn more about their sleep habits, and receive individual recommendations for better recovery and increased well-being. Healthy sleep is the foundation for concentration, performance, and a good physical feeling – and this is exactly where we want to actively support.

On February 5, 2026, a Health Day was organized at the Neunburg v. Wald location. In cooperation with AOK, an artery measurement was offered for employees.

This test is a well-established medical procedure and is one of the most informative examinations for detecting circulatory disorders. Simultaneous blood pressure measurements are taken on both arms and legs to gather and evaluate information about the vascular system. The resulting value provides insight into the condition of the arteries and the personal risk of heart attack or stroke. In addition, arterial stiffness is assessed through pulse wave velocity.

With 27 registrations, reaching full capacity, this event was very well received.

We are pleased with the active participation and look forward to continuing to actively promote the topic of health within the company through future projects.
